I am very honoured to lead our club towards
its 25th year. During this year I look forward to working with
ALL members whether on the Board or Floor Members because I
know that together we can all Reach Out and Help Out.
Ladies' Circle (Malta) has three Circles and
is a full member country within Ladies Circle International.
We therefore form part of a huge family of thousands of ladies
all over the world, sharing and putting into practise a common
goal - that of ‘Friendship and Service’.
The world over, Ladies’ Circle members
are ladies with diverse characters, of diverse ages, with
diverse experiences, having diverse interests and with all
our diversity we are a group of interesting, hardworking and
special people.
Throughout the years National and International
Mottos are chosen to mark ones year as President. We are one
big team and why not – The More The Merrier
as LCI IPP Gitta would say. Together, we shall endeavour to
help each other and less fortunate people by being All
for One, One for All, All for Love. Current LCI President
Elena’s motto. But most importantly throughout the year
we shall keep our Hearts on Fire - the Icelandic Ladies motto
to mark our International Conference. So when a request for
help come to Ladies’ Circle Malta we shall say Reach
Out . . . I’ll be there! My motto for this
year.
